At this stage, Mr. Anil Sharma, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has produced the order dated 07.08.2015 passed on the legal notice of the petitioners. Since the decision has been taken by the respondent against the petitioners on their legal notice, therefore, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition in order to challenge the said order, in accordance with law.
