HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.754 dated 31.12.2019 under Sections 420,467,468,471,506,120-B IPC registered at P.S Palam Vihar, Gurugram and all other consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR, as the matter stands amicably settled in terms of compromise. Vide order dated 25.04.2022, the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 02.05.2022 for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise and the learned Magistrate was directed to send a report about the genuineness and veracity of the compromise.

A report dated 20.05.2021 of learned JMIC, Gurugram has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned JMIC Gurugram and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated that he is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is valid, genuine, voluntary and without MANOJ KUMAR 2022.07.08 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view thereof, the present petition is allowed.
