**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned counsel appearing for respondent submits that certain amount has been released to the petitioner pursuant to letter dated 14.06.2017 received from Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies. He further submits that speaking order shall be passed and petitioner shall be apprised of the manner in which his dues have been calculated. Needful be done within six weeks from today.

In view of the above, this petition is hereby disposed of. In case, petitioner has still any grouse, he shall be at liberty to avail any efficacious remedy.
