NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) It is not disputed that the amount has since been paid. However, the petitioner is aggrieved that the earnest money is still pending. In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to move an application for release of the earnest money. In case the same is moved within two weeks from today, the respondents shall release the earnest money within another two weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.
