The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.161 dated 18.11.2019 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 120B IPC and Section 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur. 2.

By an order dated 10.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and a compromise has arrived at between the parties, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 10.01.2020 granting interim bail to the PANKAJ KUMAR 2021.07.05 11:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
