***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that part payment has been made to the petitioner. Case of the petitioner for release of rest of the service benefits is being processed. Same shall be released to him at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, present petition is hereby disposed of. In case, fresh cause of action arises to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from proceedings under the Act, it shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of the officials responsible for delay/non-compliance.
