(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the notice of motion was issued by this Court on 13.01.2021, petitioner has received the payments. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was entitled for the release of the said payments in September, 2020, whereas, the same have been released in the month of April, 2021 and hence, the petitioner be given a liberty to approach respondents No.2 to 4 for raising the claim for the grant of interest on the said delayed payments.

CWP-713-2021 -2Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner seeking the interest on the delayed payments, the same will be decided expeditiously within a period of three months by passing an appropriate speaking order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the said undertaking given by learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, she does not want to press the present writ petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such.
