Petitioner filed CRM-M 8013/2015 for issuance of appropriate directions for proper investigation in case FIR No.170 dated 2.11.2013 under Sections 302,201,34 IPC,PS Hasanpur District Palwal. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 10.8.2015 with a direction to SSP Palwal to look into the representation dated 26.11.2014 and take action therein as warranted by law. Now alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt has been filed.
At the time of hearing today, a copy of order dated 21.3.2017 passed by SSP Palwal has been produced which has been taken on record. As per said order the necessary action has already been taken and a copy of the order dated 21.3.2017 ordered to be provided to Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.04.21 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the contents of said order dated 21.3.2017 no further action is warranted in the instant petition. Dismissed as infructuous.
