ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 11.08.2016 vide which a direction was issued to decide the legal notice dated 08.02.2016.

Counsel for the State on the basis of different compliance affidavits filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar as well as the Director Development and Panchayat Department, Chandigarh, submits that on 31.08.2020, the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar, has passed an order that the Principal Secretariat, Government of Haryana, Development and Panchayat Department, vide its order dated 20.03.2020 has granted the permission for exchange of the land between the petitioner and the Gram Panchayat. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
