NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of the above captioned petitions as the point in issue involved in both the cases is common in nature. Both the contempt petitions are filed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.08.2017 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation of the petitioners after hearing them within a period of 15 days vide which the agreement entered between the parties was set aside with a further prayer that the respondents should abide by the terms and MEENU 2018.12.05 09:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Rely has been filed. As per the reply, the order has been complied with and speaking order dated 28.10.2017 has been passed after hearing the parties rejecting claim of the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing survives in the contempt petitions. The same are hereby dismissed.

The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, petitioners are at liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 28.10.2017 rejecting their claim in accordance with law, if so advised.
