(Oral) Counsel for the respondents has submitted that the only direction issued by this Court was to consider and decide the representation/legal notice of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof. It is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with as the representation of the petitioners has been considered and rejected vide order dated 07.05.2015. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondents, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
However, if the petitioners are not satisfied with the order dated 07.05.2015 passed against them, they may avail their remedy, in accordance with law.
