(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the present petition, at this stage, as the charges are yet to be framed, but submits that the appropriate direction be given to the trial Court so as to decide whether the charges are to be framed against the petitioner or not especially when the co-accused of the petitioner has already been discharged.

Learned State counsel submits that the case is already listed for the said consideration on 03.03.2021 before the trial Court. This Court has no apprehension that trial Court will decide at the earliest whether the charges are required to be framed or not in the facts and circumstance of the present case.

Present petition is disposed of, having not been pressed, at this stage.
