(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court on 10.04.2015 in CWP No.6796 of 2015, the case of the petitioner was considered vide order dated 24.12.2016 (Annexure R-1) whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim has not been considered as per directions issued by this Court. Since the order has been complied with as per directions, nothing survives in the petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
