Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner was a complainant in FIR No.267 dated 27.7.2015 under Sections 365, 34,376,389 and 120-B IPC registered at PS Kanina, District Mohindergarh.
Since during investigation the accused party was putting pressure upon her to compromise the matter by offering huge amounts of money, petitioner was constrained to filed CRM-M 29237/2015, inter alia seeking protection of her life and liberty and transfer of investigation. After investigation the police found the version of the petitioner-complainant to be false and proceeded to file a challan against the petitioner and some of the alleged accused after leaving out the main accused for offences under Sections 342,376,389 and 120-B IPC. It is a conceded position that trial on the basis of challan has commenced and is at the stage of evidence.
In the present contempt petition, the petitioner is alleging violation of interim direction regarding the protection of life and liberty of the petitioner passed in earlier CRM-M 29237/2015 and therefore, for Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.01.13 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

At the time of hearing, it is a conceded position that aforesaid CRM-M 29237/2015 was disposed of in the light of challan presented, charges framed and allegations at the stage of trial. It is also a conceded position that petitioner complainant in furtherance of her allegations has filed a private criminal complaint against the main accused-Ramesh Patwari. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to petitioner to seek her remedy in accordance with law.
