On oral request of learned counsel for parties, main case, which is pending for 28.09.2023, is preponed and taken up for hearing today itself. Registry to do the needful.

CM-4144-C-2023 For the reasons stated in application, same is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Compromise dated 16.04.2023 (Annexure A-1) is taken on record. CM-4146-C-2023 This is an application for bringing LRs of respondent No.1 on record, who is stated to have expired on 24.03.2020.

For the reasons stated in application, same is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Legal representatives of respondent No.1, as mentioned in Para 3 MAHAVIR SINGH 2023.04.29 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/ judgment -1-
