Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 29.06.2016 passed by LPA Bench of this court. At the outset, Mr. Mittal submits that LPA No. 229 of 2016 has now been disposed of and a detailed judgment has been delivered therein. He further submits that any further decision shall be taken by the respondents in light of the decision of the court in said LPA after application of mind by the authority.
