The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case registered vide FIR No.197 dated 22.10.2019 under Sections 18 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sadar, District Patiala.

The case of prosecution in nut-shell is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.5 kg of Opium.
