Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 11.02.2016 passed by writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and noticing the grievance as expressed in the petition, I am of the considered view that this petition needs to be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 09.07.2015 (Annexure P1) by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly."
Petition is disposed of with an observation that in case a speaking order has not been passed till now, needful be done at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.
In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. In case a fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from initiating proceedings under Ajay Kumar 2017.11.04 12:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
