******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that notification dated 13.12.2013, on the basis of which claim of petitioners was to be considered, in terms of order dated 28.10.2014 passed in CWP-3472-2012 alongwith connected petitions, has been stayed in CWP No. 12571 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one after decision of CWP-12571-2014, if cause of action survives thereafter. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid. It is, however, made clear that in the event of petition being filed after decision of CWP-12571-2014, the question of limitation will not be raised.
