This is a petition seeking direction to the official respondents to issue viscera report of the deceased who died on 28th May, 2020 under suspicious circumstances.

Mr. Tejwinder Singh Gill, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the viscera report is delayed and copy of the same is not being supplied.

It is further submitted that every effort would be made to expedite the report and the same would be supplied to the petitioner as and when received.
