An affidavit of Shri P. Raghavendra Rao, Additional Chief Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Departments, Haryana, dated 21.07.2016 is filed today in the Court and a copy thereof is handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. After hearing learned counsel for the parties in detail, the controversy has boiled down to the allotment of three 14 Marlas (350 Sq.

The respondents have asked the petitioner to choose three plots. The petitioner has chosen Plot Nos.1309, 1310 and 1311, situated in Sector 24, Urban Estate, HUDA, Panipat. Since the offer made by the respondents has been accepted by the petitioner, therefore, this petition is hereby disposed of with a further direction to the respondents to issue allotment letter of aforesaid three plots in favour of the petitioner within a period of two months and the petitioner shall also deposit the development charges, as per the law, in respect of all the three plots within a period of three months after receipt of the allotment letter(s).
