The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.267 dated 20.10.2019 under Sections 306/34 IPC registered at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur to the petitioner, who is in custody since 21.10.2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter has been compromised between the parties and a quashing petition has already been preferred bearing CRM-M No.4440 of 2020. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant admits to the factum of compromise and the counsel appearing for respondent-State on instructions from ASI Rameshwar Dass also concurs to the statement made by counsel for the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
