(ORAL) Instant petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed for initiating Contempt of Court Proceedings against the respondent for disobeying the order dated 23.09.2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.1256 of 2014.
Vide order dated 23.12.2015, notice of motion was issued to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties subject to deposit of Rs.25,000/- with the Registry of this Court. The order dated 23.12.2015 has not been complied with by the petitioner. Furthermore, learned counsel failed to show as to how the order dated 23.09.2014 has been violated.

-2COCP No.3258 of 2015 Vide detailed order dated 23.09.2014 passed in CRWP No.1256 of 2014 custody was given to respondent and parties were given liberty to approach the Family Court or Guardian Court for custody of children. Thus, this petition is not even maintainable. Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved CM No.234-CII of 2016 for waiving of the deposit of Rs.25,000/-. No ground to waive of the amount is made out.
Dismissed.
