**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has undergone two and a half years of custody but he is a serial offender with multiple cases registered against him.

As I do not deem it appropriate to grant the concession of bail, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than six months from the next date fixed before it. The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
