(Oral) By way of present petitioner filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners seek quashing of order dated 27.09.2023 and order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the Trial Court vide which non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioners as well as orders dated 20.12.2023 and 02.01.2024 vide which proclamation proceedings have been initiated against them. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petitioner.
