COCP-3256-2016 (O & M) Date of decision: 22.11.2017 Majhal Singh ....Petitioner(s) V/s Dilraj Singh and ors.

...Respondent(s)

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA

Present:

Mr. Manish Dadwal, Advocate, for the petitioner. Ms. Lavanya Paul, AAG, Punjab.

Mr. S.S. Deol, Sr. Advocate, with Mr. Daldeep Singh, Advocate, for respondents No.5 and 8.

**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 17.07.2012 passed by the writ court.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that afresh order has been passed on 17.11.2017 keeping in view directions given in the instant case as well as another writ petition i.e. CWP-10282-2017, which was disposed of by the Division Bench on 12.05.2017. On instructions from Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, Deputy Director Land Records, present in court, she submits that both the parties were given an opportunity of hearing and, thereafter, a detailed order was passed. Petitioner did not express any dissatisfaction with the passage now provided by said order. Copy of the order has been placed on record.

In view of the above, it appears that no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition, in case, any grouse subsists.
