Learned State counsel, on instructions from Devinder Singh, SHO Jamalpur, District Ludhiana, who is present in court submits that Annexure R1 has been passed by Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana in compliance with order dated 21.09.2016 passed in CRM M-33381 of 2016. He has referred to para 6 of the affidavit filed by Jatinder Singh Aulakh, Inspector General of Police (Law & Order-I), Punjab. Same reads as under:- "6. That it is respectfully submitted that concurring with the findings of the ACP, Sahnewal, Ludhiana and the ADCP-4, Ludhiana, the deponent issued instructions for taking action as per the inquiry report and consequently the case/FIR No. 50 dated 17.03.2017 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC has been registered at police station Jmalpur, District Ludhiana gainst Harvinder Singh, Sham Sunder and Taranjit Singh which is presently under investigation." He further submits that investigation shall be carried out as per Ajay Kumar 2017.05.05 16:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
COCP No. 3257 of 2016 law and final report under section 173 Cr.P.C. shall be submitted before the concerned court after investigation is complete.
