Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice.

Petitioners allege violation of order dated 11.05.2017 passed by writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "Without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to argue the matter with regard to status quo order and as well as on merits before the Financial Commissioner, who shall fix the date of arguments and thereafter, decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of." At the outset learned State counsel submits that in case ROR is still pending before the Financial Commissioner, same shall be decided at the earliest, in any case not later than one month. COCP No. 3200 of 2017 In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. It is however, clarified that in the eventuality a fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, it shall consider imposition of exemplary costs.
