During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall be satisfied if his main petition which is pending before the learned Single Judge is heard expeditiously.

Mr. Talwar, who is appearing for the caveator-respondents, has no objection to this.

Under the circumstances, we dispose off the present Letters Patent Appeal with a request to learned Single Judge to endeavor to dispose off the case on the next date of hearing fixed before it.
