(Oral) In compliance of the order dated 07.04.2014, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a cheque of ` 5,20,776/- in the name of the petitioner-Raghbir Singh. The same has been received by learned counsel for the petitioner on his behalf.

Accordingly, in view of the same, the order having been complied with, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding with the contempt petition, the same is accordingly dismissed. However, in case of any discrepancy in the amount so received by the petitioner, he is at liberty to bring it to notice of the respondents by way of filing representation within four weeks. In case, any representation received from the petitioner, the respondents shall look into the same and take appropriate measures accordingly.
