***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Pursuant to order dated March 03, 2017, Mr. Basant Garg, the then Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar, is present in court today. Learned State counsel has sought instructions from him and submits that the order has been complied with. Payment has been released to the petitioner on 14.03.2017. The officer has further assured the court that the orders passed by the court in its writ jurisdiction shall be implemented without any delay or inconvenience to the ordinary citizen. He submits that he is fully aware of constitutional mandate and shall comply with the orders. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
