Mr. Khosla, appearing for the respondent contends that entire payment shall be released to the petitioners at the earliest, in case they contact the office of the respondent with some identity proofs. He submits that in case petitioners appear before the respondent on 16.05.2018 at 10.00 A.M. with relevant documents, their payment be released to them. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Disposed of. In case there is any delay/non-compliance or any cause of action accrues to the petitioners, apart from initiating proceedings under the Act, this court shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of the official(s) responsible.
