As per this report, action was taken on the representation made by the petitioner and the same has been filed after conducting thorough investigation in the matter. As per this report, the daughter of the petitioner is major and she has got married with respondent No.6 as per her own will and after attaining the age of majority.

Keeping in view the submissions as made in this report, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
