Learned State counsel submits that costs of `10,000/- has already been deposited in light of order dated December 22, 2016. He has referred to reply on behalf of the State and submits that a speaking order, Annexure R-1/T has been passed wherein claim of the petitioner has been rejected.
Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed. Rule is discharged.
Needless to say that petitioner shall be at liberty to impugn the order, if there is any cause of action.
