It is stated that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Fixed Medical Allowance payable to the petitioner has been sanctioned. Instructions have been issued to the Bank for payment of the amount.

Considering the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous. However, as none appeared for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
