The contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 24.08.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.21259 of 2018.

The writ petition filed by the petitioners was disposed of directing the Principal, Radha Krishan Sanatan Dharam College, Kaithal to allow the petitioners to continue on their respective posts till regular candidates join, subject to condition that if their work and conduct is satisfactory.

Learned counsel for the respondent has produced order dated 21.05.2019 passed in the Review Application preferred by the respondent. The order dated 24.08.2018 was recalled. The petition PANKAJ BAWEJA 2019.10.24 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Ciourt, Chandigarh

COCP No.3227 of 2018 -2was disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Educational Tribunal, Kaithal and avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

None has put in appearance for the petitioner inspite of two pass-overs.

In view of order dated 21.05.2019, there is no cause of action for the petitioner to pursue the contempt petition. The contempt petition is dismissed.
