JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner before this Court, being of the view that since the contemnors/respondents herein have not complied with the directions issued by this Court in spite of lapse of considerable period of time from the aforesaid order of this Court and hence willfully disobeyed the same, has filed this contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. There is a serious dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents regarding the alleged encroachments on the existing two Karam passage between the agricultural land in their possession, besides there being allegations and counter allegations in this respect.

Keeping into account the nature of dispute in the

COCP No.3264 of 2014 #2# present case, it is felt that the same can only be resolved by invoking the civil remedy and hence no further action is warranted in the present petition.

Disposed of with the observation aforesaid.
