(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 26.7.2018, vide which directions were issued to Commissioner Municipal, Jalandhar to consider and decide the representation dated 25.4.2018 made by the petitioner. Reply to the contempt petition filed in Court is taken on record. As per reply, the case of the petitioner was considered and seal of the shop of the petitioner has been opened without any delay with further opportunity to the building department to take action as per the provisions of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1976.
In view of above, no contempt is made out. The present contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
