NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 14.05.2015 vide which the respondent had given an undertaking that he will pay the amount to the bank falling to his share within six months. Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the respondent deposited `1,00,000/- by way of a cheque bearing No.243129 dated 06.05.2015 issued in favour of State Bank of Patiala and thereafter deposited another amount of `1,17,500/- vide cheque bearing No.171034 dated 04.03.2016.
In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. January 15, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
