On the asking of court, Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 11.07.2017 passed by writ court. According to him, direction has not been complied within the period prescribed.

Learned State counsel submits that in case order is not subject matter of any appeal, necessary steps shall be taken expeditiously, in any case not later than one month.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
