On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 08.09.2017 passed by this court. Operative part of the order reads as under:- "3.

Without commenting on the merits of the petitioner's allegations, the matter is disposed off with a direction upon respondent No. 3 to look into the petitioner's allegations within a fortnight from the communication of this order and ensure that prompt action is taken upon the same at the appropriate level in accordance with law."

Learned State counsel submits that necessary steps shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than two week's. In view of statement made by State counsel, petition is hereby disposed of.
