(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 29.08.2022, vide which a direction was issued to the Haryana State Pharmacy Council to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Affidavit of the President of Haryana State Pharmacy Council, is filed in the Court along with a speaking order dated 06.04.2023, rejecting the claim of the petitioner at this stage, as the verification of his De pharmacy Diploma by Pharmacy Council of India is yet to be done.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
