The counsel for the respondent apprises the Court of the fact that the petitioner will be charged at the same prevalent lump sum rate as was charged from other applicants at that point of time and the letter of intent has also been issued to the petitioner. No further directions are necessary and the COCP is ordered to be closed. The possession shall be delivered as expeditiously as possible after complying with all the necessary formalities.
