Instant contempt has been filed alleging disobedience of interim order dated 21/10/2011 passed in CWP 20000/2011 vide which notice of motion was issued to respondents 1 and 2 and it was further directed that in the meanwhile services of the petitioner be not terminated.

Vide separate order of even date main case bearing CWP 20000/2011 has been disposed of as infructuous rendering instant contempt infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
