JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who is working as Staff Nurse on contract basis under the National Health Mission Scheme, along with others had filed a writ petition bearing CWP No16392 of 2016 seeking enhancement of amount towards honorarium, which was disposed of vide order dated 19.8.2016 by this Court directing the respondents to decide the pleas raised in the legal notice dated 11.4.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. Since needful was not done within the stipulated time, hence the present contempt petition.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent points out that the speaking order has since been

COCP No.3300 of 2016 (O&M) #2# passed on 20.1.2017, rejecting the claim set up in the legal notice, therefore, the direction issued in the aforesaid respect stands complied with thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
