(ORAL) The appellants have come up in appeal against the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge allowing CM-14403-CWP-2021 for recalling the order dated 20.08.2019, whereby the writ petition filed by respondent No. 1 was disposed of by treating the dismissal order dated 19.12.2012 (Annexure P-6) passed by the College/Management as deemed resignation with effect from the date of dismissal of respondent No. 1. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge.

The present appeal is being disposed of with liberty to the appellants to raise all the issues before the learned Single Judge.
