;8< Present writ petition has been filed for setting aside/quashing the impugned order dated 22.11.2023 (Annexure P-13) passed by the learned Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala which has been wrongly, illegally and in arbitrary manner had set aside the well reasoned and speaking order of the learned Assistant Collector 1st Class, Ladwa, District Kurukshetra dated 15.11.2023 (Annexure P-12) in revision and remanded back the said matter to learned Assistant Collector 1st Class, Ladwa, Kurukshetra to be decided the case afresh. Further prayer has been made for staying the operation of impugned order dated 22.11.2023 (Annexure P-13) and proceedings before the learned Assistant Collector, 1st Class Ladwa, District Kurukshetra.
