The only issue being pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that in spite of interim direction dated 29.08.2017 of this Court, some of the students are not paying the due fees for relevant academic sessions and current academic session. During hearing, it has come to the notice that School Students Parents Association was not a party in the Writ Petition. Even in the contempt petition, Association is not a party. It is only the President of the Association and parents of six wards who are studying in the School, are impleaded as parties. COCP No.3261 of 2018 -2petition) were not party in the writ petition. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner-School would be satisfied even if the parents of six wards clear their dues, if any.
