304 Present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the orders dated 01.04.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.1 along with ROR No.126 of 2020-2021 being filed by private respondents on which the interim has been granted on 01.04.2021 by respondent No.1 by going beyond the ratio being upheld by this Court in RSA No.3929 of 2008 decided on 21.01.2010 deciding the same issue in dispute. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the revision petition bearing ROR No.126 of 2021-2021 is pending adjudication before the learned Financial Commissioner i.e. respondent No.1 and the status quo has already been granted which is operating against the petitioners. He has submitted that till date the matter is not decided and the petitioners were prejudiced by the same. Notice of motion to the official respondents at this stage.
