SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.44 dated 03.08.2024 under Sections 61,78(2) of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 registered at P.S Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur.
Learned State counsel submits that out of total 08 prosecution witnesses, 03 have been examined and 03 have been given up, thus two witnesses remain to be examined.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition, at this stage.
Prayer is accepted.
Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
